Established in 2002 as a firm dealing almost exclusively in Family Law the practice has built upon that foundation. Anthony in particular has a wealth of experience not only in his specialist field of family law but in civil litigation and in particular building disputes, partnership law, property, probate and preparation of wills. This breadth of experience enables the firm to focus on the specialised of family law whilst at the same time covering other areas of law which may and often do link in with that field of work.

Uniquely Anthony Kiernan has received authority from the French Bar to practice as a solicitor in the Barreau of Draguignan which is a region in the vicinity of Cannes to St Tropez in the Var region of Province, South of France. He is the first and only English Solicitor to practice in that area. This allows the practice the unique opportunity to represent client and in particular ex patriots who are living in France.
